Max Speed: 4.0 mph
Ave Speed: 3.5 mph
Time: 25 minutes
Distance: 1.48 miles.
So today it was snowing where I am. I didn't have anything warm to wear outside (just t-shirt and shorts) so I ran on the companies treadmill. You will notice two things... first, I managed a slightly higher average speed... and second, I only did 25 minutes.
They are both related I think. Since I didn't run as long I was able to run a bit faster. I could have done more, but I'm trying to be faithful to the program. it asked for 25 minutes, so that's what it got.
Anyway, I feel great and I think my knee has been getting a bit better.

keep up the good work! :)
ditto to what Christy said! I wrote down the name of the ab cruncher at the gym tonight and left it in the car. Too cold to go back outside, so I went online to see if I could pull up information from my memory. I ended up somehow in weight-training.realsolutionsmag.com Maybe there is information in there for your use with the weight stuff at your work. I found it interesting as there are some exercises and while I don't do all the weight machines and stuff they talk about, I did learn something about ab crunches or sit ups(?) done on the floor--not to have your hands behind your head--that's how I have been doing them. With the ab machine I worked on last night, tonight I was able to do three sets ( 5x, 4x, then 3x).
Stay steady with what you are doing!
